Prof. Dr. Phonraphee Kummaphan, Deputy Secretary-General of Khurusapha on 1 May 2023 at the Office of the Teacher’s Council of Thailand to discuss for continued support from Khurusapha regarding the guidelines for granting teaching licenses to expatriate teachers.
