Mrs. Usa Somboon, ISAT President, and the ISAT G&L Sub-Committee paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Teacher’s Council of Thailand (Kurusapa) on Tuesday, 18 October 2022 to congratulate Asst. Prof. Dr. Amonwan Wirathammo on her appointment as the new Secretary-General of Kurusapa. They also asked for her continued support with drafting guidelines for granting teaching licenses to expatriate teachers.
